Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota

I applied for a capital one auto loan without my drivers license but I have told them I didnt have one is it okay I just fax my permanate resident alien card and they said yes. I got a loan from them and went and bought a car from a toyota dealership. The guy there said the same thing but he later said that I will eventually need to send him my driver's license. I told him I'm still working on it. They sold me the car and in my excitement I bought insurance with my old driver's license number online and to my surprised it worked and they let me drive off the lot. I later cancelled my insurance because I've realized what I've done. Now, im afraid I will default on my loan.

First, I presume you are not driving any vehicle with no driver's license and, or with no auto insurance. For an attorney to assist you, she/he will want to know the full details of the various actions you have taken which cause you concern. Since you are a non-citizen, the issues you identified are concerning and disturbing and I urge you to seek private and confidential attorney counsel right away. Also, you ought not post details of your issues on a public website.
