Legal Question in Technology Law in Minnesota
I used to belong to an internet forum. A member from the UK has found out my personal information and has been harassing me. I am not a member of this forum any longer and she has continually been banned. She continues to register for this forum and pretends to be me. She has shared my personal information online and has threatened me through email. She uses a proxy server when she is on the internet. I am from the US. Is there anything I can do to stop this woman from harassing me or any legal ramifications I can take?
