Legal Question in Technology Law in Minnesota

If I want to post peoples pictures on my website for anyone to see, do I have to get their consent?

Also, if I have advertising on this site, does that make a difference?

You cannot use a person's image for financial gain if you do not have their consent. It is always wise to seek consent from the person whose image you intend to use.
