Likely not.

Have you docketed your Judgment with District Court?

Has the time for appeal expired?

You may try to obtain forwarding address via US Post Office.

Also, there are SKip Trace services available. Do you know where Judgment Debtor banks or works?

If the judgment amount is substantial it might pay to have an experienced business attorney assist you in the collection.
