Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

I was served with a garnishment and my bank account was frozen. I filled out the exemption papers, claiming the full amount exempt, and sent them in (one to the bank and one to the creditor law firm. They were supposed to object within 6 business days or the financial institution was to release the funds. That is what it states on the papers. However, the bank received the exemption notice 15 business days ago and the funds have not been released. I contacted the bank, they said they received the exemption and told me when they got it, and I asked if they received an objection, which they had not. The bank said I needed to contact the garnisher and tell them to release the funds and that they can't do it without a release from them. When I call the law firm doing the garnishment all I get is voicemail, and they will not return my call. What can I do now?
