Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
A 23 year old man befriended my 13 year old son on facebook. My son did not accept him as a friend but I am very upset what can I do.

Not much, there is nothing illegal in the facts that you presented. You may, of course, notify the authorities, but not much will be done. You can also keep track of who your son is being friends with.
I am afraid there sis nothing you can do. You do not indicate that any activity has occurred that would be in any way illegal.
