Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

I'm being accused of felony theft from my work the police said they wouldn't arrest me if I talked they said a confession will look good when I go to court. I confessed to some of the theft but I feel like I dug myself in a hole now I want to know if a confession is enough to convict me

The attorney assisting you will want you to describe as best you recall what'all you said. I suggest you try to jot notes now, because we remember things better the closer in time we are to them. Wondering if you signed a statement, too ??? I urge you to pay a well experienced attorney to help you at this time. Best to you.

A confession can be a strong piece of evidence for the state, when combined with other evidence that they will no doubt gather. What you need now is a good attorney. Make a couple calls and get a lawyer retained right away. Feel free to give me a call.

A confession would certainly be significant. It is important to note that Police do not have to tell you the truth and they certainly are not there to help you. You should always avoid making statements,

If you do not have a lawyer, you need one. I offer FREE consultations and have over 24 years of experience in such maters.
