Re: quash subpoena

If was served with the subpoena, she must appear. A subpoena is a court order and can be enforced by having police pick up the individual and present them to the court.

Your wife would be wise to call the person who issued the subpoena to determine when her testimony may be needed and to narrow the time at which she must appear. The name and nyumber of the issuing attorney appears on the subpoena.
