Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

child adoption rights

I gave up rights to my son to his mom and new husband with the verbal understanding that my visitations and time with him would not change. A year later they have changed, do I have any way of regaining any rights to see my son?

No. Not unless you reserved visitation rights as part of the adoption order

Mr. Beaulier is right. Adoption is final. And you can't rely on verbal stuff that's not in the order.
