Child displacement

Our grandson of twelve years was taken from his father and put into the custody of a county social worker, do we not have any rights as grandparents? the mother does not want him nor his brother so she placed him in an institution for whatever reason we do not know. we are not allowed to see him ever again. can you help us????? we are desperate

there is another boy 10. they have been physically and mentally abused for the past seven years by their ''mother''

and he lovers. the courts are not doing anything about the abuse and now have taken our oldest grandson from us. she is working on putting him away also

You may intervene as a party in the family law proceedings and seek custody.

You may also attempt to participate in the child protection action. However, you have a better chance in family court
