Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My daughter's father has signed the recognition of parentage but there is no court ordered visitation or custody. Do I have to allow him to see her when he constantly blows off visitation or is always wanting to change days and times?

I suggest you review the MN laws which are clearly written and comprehensive.

As the kids' emotional well being generally, kids thrive in environments which are loving & kind, stable & predictable, & which provide fundamental safety & security. It is a way we all learn whether or not to trust others.

Also, none of us tend to thrive & flourish in environments that are tense. Chaos & uproar are not wholesome particularly for precious innocent kids, teens to tots & babies.

Eye on the prize: A child who knows deeply ' I AM loved', 'I AM cared-for'.
