Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Dissolution has been signed but the Financial settlement of our divorce was "reserved" issue. The custody issues have been resolved. How do I petition the court to open the issue of Finances?

Thanks,

Donna

Your case would have to be reviewed to determine what the Court Order intended withe reservation of financial issues. In most cases, the matter would be set back on for an evidentiary hearing.

For a consultation call 612-240-8005.
