Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I lost custody of my children here in MN, I do not know when she did it. I know Dakota county MN made the determination. She has now moved to TX with my children and has been there for 14 months. I want to get joint legal and physical custody. What state do I have to go through to do that, MN or TX?
