If a person wanted to leave a marriage, uncontested, could the person sign a ''power of attorney'' form leaving all possesions and business to the person that you would be leaving?

Re: Power of Attorney

I do not understand the question.

A power of attorney certainly would not help to grant you a divorce. It also would not efectively transfer assets.

It would seem that the answer to your question is "no."
