Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

What rights over custody do I have as a 16 year old? and what I need to do to go to court against my father for it? I am 16 and my father and his house are detrimental to my health... I'm constantly having panic attacks there and it is extremely stressful. I have talked to my therapist and she agrees that I should do this. We have tried many ways to make my father and I work, but things just get worse. We have made agreements with him, and I have held my end of the bargain up, and he doesn't. This is our last option that we can think of that'll benefit my welfare. I have experienced trauma there at his house that is brought up frequently (Through flashbacks, caused by trigger objects/words/behaviors) when I'm there. Resulting in me hurting myself and sometimes having to go to the hospital's psychiatric ward. Overall his house and him are extremely stressful, as I am terrified the whole time I am there, and I often have to take an immediate anxiety med, to help me avoid panic attacks. I also take meds for frequent nightmares.

Yours is a duplicative post: See prior response. For your safety and welfare, I urge you to seek help in a private, one-to-one, face-to-face manner and not post detailed facts on a public website. I suggest it is for the safe adults in your life to be helping you in a close manner and to be conferring with an attorney as need be as to your wellbeing. All the best.
