Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

When one spouse is awarded the real property stated in a divorce decree, but not currently residing there, is the other spouse required to vacate the premise.

If the property is awarded to one party, that party can do with it as they please. they may allow the other party to reside their a]or they may require them to leave. It is their property and, as a result, their choice.
