Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Me and my wife are separated at the moment due to her getting help with their mental health issues we have a child together that's living with me she had a son when we got married he now is living with her cousin and his wife they refuse to let me see him at all everytime I talk to my wife about it she gave me numerous reasons why they don't want me to see him and they are dictating visitation rules for my daughter to see her brother they are refusing to negotiate any type of visitation favorite both parties my wife refuses to step up and do anything about it
