Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota

I have a very messy case that has left me broke and unresolved. The case reached a settlement of which has now become defaulted. A court order that was supposed to be in place is not actually in place. Who's responsibility is it to know if things are are done properly? My attorney told me there was a bond in place, the opposing attorney told him that the bond was in place, I pursued the case and made an agreement believing the bond, ordered by the judge, was in place. It is not and the agreement terms have not been met. Attorneys want more money to pursue the issue, but I believe it is not my fault and they should pay for there own mistake in procedure of this case. not sure what my rights are and where to go next?

You should have an experienced attorney ( I have 32 Years)

Review the case and perhaps ask some tough questions of former attorney
