Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

My former employer lied about offering me another job to unemployment that ended my unemployment. I appealed the ruling, and got a hearing. The employer said that the job was offered over the phone, and does not state anything else. What can I say to the judge to convince him\her that the employer lied?

I suggest you relax and tell the truth, speak the whole truth. Be very fact specific and detail what exactly happened to the hearing officer. Having experienced attorney assistance and counsel likely would be wise and very beneficial.
