Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
hi i am from libya and my bro studing in us and yesterday his girlfrind got sick and he have to drive her car but shamfully he has no driver lincense so he they but him in jail and they say the penalty is 4-6 months or pay 3720$ .... any help or ideas????

Your brother needs an attorney. It sounds like the charges he's facing are very serious. I would encourage him to find a criminal defense attorney, like myself, and sit down with them to discuss his case.

I agree with Mr. Ascheman. This sounds like a little more than driving without a license. That jail time and fine seems out of line for that offense.
