THE FACT THAT HE HAS BEEN TAKING PAYMENTS MEANS THAT THE ONLY REASON HE IS TAKING YOU TO JAIL IS TO ENSURE HE COLLECTS HIS MONEY. YOU ARE NOT GUILTY OF FRAUD IN THAT YOU WERE THE VICTIM HERE, ALONG WITH THE CHECK CASHING PLACE PEOPLE. IF YOU ARE CHARGED WITH THE CRIME HIRE A TOP NOTCH CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY AND ASK HIM OR HER ABOUT "FALSE ARREST" AND "ABUSE OF PROCESS" . IF HE HAS YOU ARRESTED YOU MAY HAVE A REAL VIABLE LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CHECK CASHING ENTITY.
