my son was riding with a friend and got pulled over. they said the music was a little loud.so he check them both out and found out that the driver had a warren for a old fine.The officer ask did they have anything illegal in the car.the driver said yes . it was in his bookbag in the back seat.6gram of weed.he told them that it was his ,they charge both of them with possession.they are both 21 my son have a clean record.can he be charge with possession too?
