Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Mississippi

Can a state college prohibit children from coming on the campus or entering facilities that are normally open to the public? People who are not otherwise affiliated with the college regularly eat in the cafeteria, use certain library resources, attend sporting events, etc. Is it then legal for the college to specifically exclude children from these locations and activities or from the campus in general? Thank you.
