Legal Question in DUI Law in Mississippi

How does a DUI conviction in OH effect my MS driving rights

I recently got a DUI in Ohio. I pleaded guilty and agreed to the following punishments: (1) suspended drivers license in OH for 60 days (but the judge did grant me driving rights to and from work only), (2) paid a fine/fees of $1125, and (3) must attend a MS alcohol course and send roof back to Ohio.

My question is this -- the judge suspended my driver's license in Ohio only but did give me driving rights to work. So how does this effect my driving rights in the state of Mississippi?

Normally suspensions of driving rights are not limited geographically. If they are limited to Ohio, your problem is that you will not have a license to drive anywhere else. If you apply for a Mississippi license, it will be denied until your suspension is lifted in Ohio.
