Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

How can my boyfriend sign over his parental rights to his child. The mother will not let him see the child or talk to her. She expects him to give her money without a court order and he does. She moved 3 hours away and will not agree to even the most fair of things. She also lives with a woman who is her lesbian girlfriend. She also harasses him daily and is an impossible person to deal with.

Your boyfriend cannot terminate his rights to avoid support. He needs a court order for visitation and support. Otherwise, without an order there is no requirement for visitation,or support
