Custody In Supreme Court

Our case was retained in Supreme court 9?26, it was submitted 11/5. How long will it be before we hear? We have not seen these children for over a year can we do any thing to speed up the process? Thank you!

The S.ct has 270 days to decide on a case once final briefs are submitted. It can take as long as a year + to get to that point. If you do not have even temporary supervised visitation, you could file to get some.
