In a divorce, does a non biological father have the right to know the biological father's identity when the non biological father's wife had an affair and produced a child

A child being the product of the man married to the child's mother is one of the strongest presumptions of law. However, DNA tests are now able to rebut that presumption so the nonbio father can avoid the obligation to support the child of another man. In any case, the mother can be forced to testify as to the identity of the bio father if she knows.
