What is the marriageable age in Mississippi with parental consent and without parental consent?

Miss. Code (1972) Section 93-1-5 provides in part that judicial authorization is necessary if the male is not at least 17 or the female is not at least 15. If either is not at least 21, a parent is given notice and has three days from the date of the license application to object. Id.
