Legal Question

Asked on: 7/04/13, 10:06 pm

If there are three different orders pertaining to child visitation, am I correct in assuming you are to abide by the last court order and not either of the first two? Only the most recent court order is in effect...correct?

I would say they all are effective unless two of the conflict. If two of them conflict, the most recent order would apply.
