Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Me and my ex both have protection order against each other. if he found guilty for DV will his petition be lifted off me?

I put a protection order on him and i was granted protection. he did tit for tat and did the same thing. he have to go to court for domestic violence for assaulting me. we both have to take anger management class now. so if he lose to his other court case will his false protection order be lifted off me and i wouldn't have to take anger management class? Trying to get full custody of my daughter

Assuming there has been a permanent restraining order entered against you, you can move the court to vacate the restraining order against you.
