Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Mississippi

If a friend go to court for theft and says that I was apart of it to but there is no evidence and it was in a different county will I get in trouble as well?

PROBABLY, WITH THE CHANCES INCREASING THE MORE THE THEFT INVOLVED. THE HIGHER THE VALUE OF THE GOODS STOLEN THE MORE LIKELY YOU WILL BE INVOLVED.
