Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Mississippi

I hired an attorney the first day i met her, she was in my oldestfiends office pretending to beworking with him and also tbe his friend. She asked for $2500.00 and wa paid that day. She now refuses to listen to anything i say to her that happened in Wal-Mart. I was charged because the checker did not get some duel ink cartridgs and said i was hiding them, They never left thebasket lor was never put in my purse. What can i do toget the legl repersentation I need for court Wednesdahy the 2nd of January? I want to fire her and retain another Attorney what do you think?

You need to be diligent as a client, but should trust your attorneys judgment. You always have the option of hiring a different attorney, but attorneys are sometimes hesitant to accept clients who have problems with their prior attorney.
