Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Mississippi

My mother went to dr due to the fact that she was voimiting and she not hold any food down....she was admitted on April 17 2013 cus the doctor believed she had a hernia. Not even being treated for the supposedly hernia she was released May 1 2013. Very weak & still voimiting she was sent home from hospital saying this time it was a bacterial infection in her stomach.... When she got home she lost feeling in her legs & the vomiting continued to the point where she was voimiting her bile. We had her readmitted to hospital & since then her condition has stayed the same....there is more but I wud rather talk to a lawyer cus I want to sue for negligence on behalf of the hospital
