Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Mississippi

Legal Nurse Consulting

I am interested in doing medical record review for

attorney(s). I was wondering if most attorneys require formal training for this or if they take RN work exp./record review exp. into consideration. Also, do most prefer to have one consultant or hire out the work on a pay per case basis. Thanks for your time.

Re: Legal Nurse Consulting

It depends on the attorney and his / her practice. Any attorney doing a personal injury practice uses medical experts. In North Miss. you would probably be used on an "as needed" basis.
