Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Mississippi

Do I have legal rights

We bought a mobile home for our ex-son-in-law. It was moved on his land. He now refuses to pay for it. The bill

of sale is in my husbands's name. Can we repossess this

mobile home from him since it is on his land? If so, do we

give him legal notice?

Re: Do I have legal rights

you leave a lot of unanswered questions. Was this a gift at the time it was bought or moved onto his land? Is there a financing agreement signed by him to pay you?

If the answer to the first question is yes, then your answer is no. If the answer to the second question is yes, then your answer is yes.

If the answer to both questions is no, then your answer is maybe, but. In this situation, you will need to hire a lawyer to persue this matter - probably in Chancery Court.
