My 7 year old & School

My 7 year old gets ssi for bi bolar and adhd(extreme) He is NOT being teached anything at school. I want to homeschool him but I don't want to lose his check. Can I should I?

No,as SSA will not take your word for his inability to learn,but will tend to take the word of anyone from school that is not financially interested in the case.

However,you may answer yes,if you can bring him along to eventual self support by him,which is better than keeping him in the no learning situation in the long run,although it can cost him the benefits when SSA learns of it.
