Social Security Disability

I have recently been ruled elliagable for social security disability from Dec. 95 thru present. How are those payments calculated and are they the same for each month back to 95?

The payment is based upon what was paid in on your earnings,with a small cost of living adjustment upward each year.They may rise approximately 2% to 3% each year to the present.Congratulations to you!
