Legal Question in Social Security Law in Mississippi

I was told 7 years ago that I have fibromyalgia. I have continued to work full time. But the last year has been excruciating. I am to the point of having to go to bed as soon as I get off work due to the pain and tiredness. I have contiuous pain and headaches. What do I need to do to apply for Social Security Disability?

First, see a rheumatologist and confirm that you have fibromyalgia ,if you have not seen one.

Second, see your treating doctor and tell him or her how you feel day in and day out at work and upon arriving home after work and ask whether they will support your disability claim.

Third, with the first two accomplished positively, you must stop work, hopefully with a good amount of money saved, for you must stay in treatment to have any chance of winning.

Fourth, hire an effective lawyer.I have a telephone intake procedure as most of my clients suffer from traveling. My # is 1-800-748-8914.

Good luck,

Gary Parvin
