Legal Question in Workers Comp in Mississippi

is the company i work for liable

my question is i was walking into walk an i slipped an fell breaking my ankle im a plus size female , Never injuried my ankle before an im ahairstylist an im required to stand on my feet for long periods of time. but this injury has made it diffcult . after i fell i went to my physician an he did not try to send me to a specialist nor did he try to do any xray on the injury nothing an sent me back to work one day after not letting me rest off of it causeing not to heal properly after months in pain i demand he send me t o a bone doctor an hes say well there not going to do anything diffrent accept give me time off . well he finally sent me after 6mnths of no treatment from him . the next said he should have tried to treat me for my injury in the first place had he sent me to the bone doctor in the begining i would not have needed medically nesscary surgey. than not to mention hassal environment i had to work in doing this being harassed by the store manger an the manger in salon . i have three small children im tryin to raise with no spousel support please help me .

From what you're saying, it sounds as if you may need to pursue a medical malpractice claim for improper treatment and, in that regard, should consult an attorney who does medical malpractice.
