what is considered legal notification of tresspass?
1 Answer from Attorneys
I'm not sure what you mean by legal notice of trespass. Have you been charged w/ trespassing or are you wanting to know if you've given someone else sufficent notice that they are trespassing on your property? Need more information to better respond to your question. You can email me directly at email@example.com if you would like to provide more information on this.
