can a employer force you to take a leave till you are healthy and specify on their terms what healthy is?

It is difficult to tell if you have any rights that have been violated from the little bit of information provided. However, in general you do have a right to work free from discrimination based upon a disability or even the perception of a disability. You also have the right to take leave and to return from leave if you and your employer are covered by the FMLA.
