Legal Question in Disability Law in Missouri

How many handicapped parking spaces is an employer required to provide?

Is an employer required to provide an adequate number of "handicapped parking spaces" to accomadate all employees or visitors that need them. I have a handicapped "sticker" from the state of Missouri. Currenly there are not enough designated parking spaces for employee with handpcapped stickers. They do not want to allocate any more as it would take away from visitor parking. What can I expect from them. I have severe arthritis in my right knee, walk with a cane and do not do stairs. Thanks for you help.
