MO LLC Member misappropriates funds
3 Member LLC. LLC enjoys no debt. One member has removed and hidden 80,000.00 of LLC revenue causing harm and operation losses. Checks are bouncing. Banks are asking questions. Member avoiding phone calls emails all contact.
