Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri
If you have a consignment store and each Consignor signs a Consignor agreement that items will be donated after 90days is that a binding contract? I have had people come back and want unsold items that have been donated and they throw a fit because I do not have their belongings. They each have signed and initialed

In theory yiu can do as you propose. Without reading the language, it is impossible to know if your "form" does it. You should consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area, to evaluate your exposure.
