Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri

Court orders

If I perform a service for someone in a legal case (for example, drug testing) and the person shows up for the service with a court order that states when I finish my service, I am ''ordered'' to release information about the service to the attorneys involved...am I legally obligated to do so if the person who I provided the service to told me to not release it to the people listed in the court order?

Re: Court orders

Depending on your certification and your profession, and whether you are considered a health care provider under HIPAA, you may have a duty to resist a subpoena. You need legal help now to assist you in working through this issue. This is not something you can handle yourself.
