Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri

I got my windshield repaired by (stl chips)...they did it wrong and now I am looking for them to make good on their lifetime warranty in which they repair the entire windshield. I have been talking to them back and forth since late February and they keep telling me week after week that they will have safelite come out and replace it but everytime I call they say that they need to fax over the paperwork and some check needs to clear. I feel as if im getting the run around ...what can I do?

Hire an attorney. Perhaps just to write a letter, or maybe to prepare a small claims claim for you.
