Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

I've asked someone to leave me alone multiple times over the years. He keeps texting and calling me. I'm pretty sure he has even driven by house at times to check if I was there. He hasn't caused me physical harm or anything; I just don't want anything to do with him. What can I do legally to get him to leave me alone?

You can file a stalking charge with the Police, and hire an attorney to convince him to stop.

Good luck
