Legal Question in Technology Law in Missouri

I suspect my husband of cheating on me. I know the password to his email account. What are the legal ramifications if I log into his email to print any email correspondence I find?

Generally the benefits outweigh the risks, provided you do not publish or disclose what you find to anyone other than your lawyer. Your lawyer will be able to determine is they can are admissable as evidence or not. If your husband gave you his password that makes it harder for him to prove you did not have his permission to access the account.
