Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri

I need proof of a telephone call from my landline phone to a merchant with whom I'm disputing credit card charges. It is a 800 no. & AT&T says I need a court order.

If you file suit against the merchant, then you can subpeona the phone recoirds as part of the suit. If you hire counsel, they may be able to subpeona the records without yet filing the suit.
