Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I'm 17 in KC, MO that got caught trying to steal a bottle of $20 vodka. The store would like $140 for damages and I was charged with Shoplifting and MIP. I don't know how to approach this and if possible, what is the most likely outcome after the court date?
